- Payment information — handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy. We never see or store your card details
- Designs you create — stored locally in your browser using localStorage. We do not upload your designs to our servers unless you explicitly save them to a cloud account

- Usage data — pages visited, features used, time spent (anonymized)
- Browser and device type — to ensure compatibility
- IP address — for security and fraud prevention only

- To send you product updates and announcements (you can unsubscribe anytime)
- To process payments via Lemon Squeezy

We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for any purpose other than running Embroxia.

We retain your email address and account information for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion, we will remove your data within 30 days. Designs stored locally in your browser are under your full control and are not retained by us.
